I am passionate about issues which deal with youth empowerment. Many young people today lack empowerment and without it societies will not be able to grow to its fullest potential. I became aware of this issue while counseling young people. I loved listening to what they had to say and I also enjoyed giving them my point of view, at the same time letting them know it was just my opinion. What inspires me most is seeing young people engage themselves in activities which are channeled towards the development of self and the community. I feel inspired when I see young people build up values for themselves. Not any kind of values, but useful and helpful values which are not just generally accepted as a societal norm but as moral ethics. ( ler mais)
